Gifts That Matter

(NAPSI)–This holiday season, it is possible to combine forces with a nonprofit that assists thousands of children in foster care offered a gift with their name on the tag.

These children have little in the way of luxury or maybe things they can call their very own. And they get gifts.

This was what Latasha Haynes’ life was like as soon as the company helped alter her future forever by buying her a camera–her first.

“I didn’t get a lot of Christmas gifts,” said Haynes, now 35, “to ensure first camera was a enormous deal.” A professional photographer, she travels the country with her husband, plus a photographer, and his or her daughter.

The nonprofit that helped Haynes, Treehouse, gives children purposeful holiday gifts such as bikes and tablets each year via its Holiday Magic program.

Additionally, its Small Wishes program provides support for activities and adventures essential to any youngster’s development. Along with graduation rates for youth have increased in health care.

“This year we are proud to continue giving children in foster care a childhood and a future,” said Janis Avery, CEO of Treehouse. “If you’re interested in finding a way to share the spirit of giving, it’s simple to get involved.”
